Gavi's first Karate tournament - we didn't know til we got there, but even though she is 6, she had to compete with the 7 - 8 year olds (due to an April birthday...). Didn't seem to phase her...she got the Bronze medal in her Kata (form)! She did sparring for the first time ever (not even in practice!), but did not win a medal for that...but I think she was happiest with the cupcake when it was all over!!!
