Last Sunday, I had a blast capturing a group of busily engaged children immersed in Montessori activities for the Castle Island Montessori School, a new private Montessori school opening in Albany this fall (2012). These images (and many more!) will be displayed on the new Castle Island Montessori school website. I was really impressed with how thoroughly the children connected with the materials - I was tempted the whole time to throw aside my camera and jump in and play! (I even suggested an adult night just for fun - I'll be watching for the date!).
